Ask yourself a simple question: what do you care about?

Recession and repossessions? Global warming and receding ice caps? Conflict overseas and the right of every human being to a safe and happy life? Or perhaps something closer to home, in your local community?

Now ask yourself one other question: what could you do to make a difference? For every one problem there are many solutions, and we want to know what yours are. Don't think inside the box of "social enterprise" (although it's a good place to start); instead, think of enterprise and innovation with a social conscience.

Anne Frank was right, there isn't anything stopping us from taking that first step toward improving the world. The first step toward change is recognising the problem. That's why we want you to create a 60 second short awareness raising video of an issue you feel strongly about.

You could simply raise awareness of an issue in a creative way. Or suggest a solution to the problem, perhaps with a new invention or project. Whatever your goal, whether it's to encourage people to consider what to do with their litter or simply to inspire some happiness in a world that seems full of doom and gloom, just put it together in a 60 second video and submit it here.

Inspiring others to small acts of improvement could create ripples toward a tidal wave of change.
